Videos and interactive simulation
๐ฎ Interactive: how does a drone move?
Press the buttons and watch how changing rotor speeds changes the aircraft's motion โ this is the whole basis of multirotor control.
All four rotors at the same speed โ the aircraft holds its position.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best video reference for learning to build FPV?
Joshua Bardwell's channel is the leading global step-by-step reference with a full beginner-to-advanced series, and Oscar Liang complements it as a written encyclopedia with part reviews, Betaflight guides and continually updated comparison tables. For fixed-wing and long-range projects, Painless360 specialises in iNav and ArduPilot.
Which simulator should I use?
Liftoff is the best known and easiest starting point with a huge track library, Velocidrone is the most physically accurate and preferred by racers, and DJI Virtual Flight is free for trying the DJI system specifically. Ten simulator hours before a first real flight saves hundreds of dirhams in broken props and frames.
What does the interactive simulation demonstrate?
Pressing the hover, climb, forward, roll and yaw buttons shows how the four rotor speeds change. That is the essence of multirotor control: equal speeds mean a stable hover, and any difference between them produces movement.
